# CALB acquired a 22.61% stake in Aoliwei Sensor, involving over 1.18 billion RMB

> CALB announced the acquisition of a 22.61% stake in Jiangsu Aoliwei Sensor Technology, involving funds exceeding 1.18 billion RMB. Specifically, this includes the purchase of 87.62 million A shares from independent third party Li Hongqing at 5.83 RMB per share, with a cash consideration of 511 million RMB; simultaneously, it will subscribe for no more than 119 million new A shares at a subscription price of 5.63 RMB per share, with a cash consideration of no more than 673 million RMB

CALB (03931.HK) announced the acquisition of a total of 87.62 million A shares of Jiangsu Aoliwei Sensor Technology (300507.SZ) from independent third party Li Hongqing, at a price of RMB 5.83 per share, for a cash consideration of RMB 511 million. At the same time, it will subscribe for no more than 119 million new A shares of Aoliwei Sensor Technology at a subscription price of RMB 5.63 per share, with a cash consideration of no more than RMB 673 million.

Upon completion, the company is expected to hold a total of 22.61% of the equity of Aoliwei Sensor Technology, which belongs to the automotive parts and accessories manufacturing industry, with a sub-industry focus on automotive core electronics
