# The weight of A-share private enterprises has been upgraded again, with revenue contribution reaching a new high in 2024

In 2024, nearly 3,400 A-share private enterprises had a total operating income of 17.56 trillion yuan. At the same time, the revenue contribution of A-share private enterprises (the proportion of private enterprise revenue to total A-share revenue) has been rising year by year, reaching a historical high of over 24% in 2024. In terms of net profit, A-share private enterprises achieved a net profit of nearly 720 billion yuan in 2024, slightly down from the previous year, with companies like ZHENGDANCHEM, Petty Holdings, and Sanxiang Yinxiang seeing net profit growth exceeding 10 times.
