According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, MFSP (600235.SH) announced that as of the close on May 7, 2025, the company's controlling shareholder, Minfeng Group, has cumulatively completed the purchase of 5 million shares through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 1.42% of the company's total share capital, with a total purchase amount of 28.5206 million yuan (excluding transaction fees). Both the cumulative purchase quantity and the purchase amount have exceeded the lower limit of this purchase plan and have not exceeded the upper limit of the purchase plan, thus completing the implementation of this purchase plan
