JINGXIN announced that as of May 7, 2025, the company repurchased 43,228,495 shares through a special securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 5.02% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price for the repurchased shares was RMB 14.41 per share, the lowest transaction price was RMB 11.86 per share, and the total transaction amount was RMB 554.5909 million. The funds for this share repurchase came from the company's own funds, and the repurchase price did not exceed the planned price of RMB 14.8 per share in the repurchase scheme
