# Independent director Liu Jian of Yonggui Electric has been detained

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yonggui (300351.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notification from the family of independent director Liu Jian of the fifth board of directors, stating that Liu Jian is currently under detention by relevant supervisory authorities. Preliminary understanding indicates that the matters involving Liu Jian are unrelated to the company.

Liu Jian serves as an independent director on the company's fifth board of directors and does not hold any position in the company other than that of independent director and committee member, nor does he participate in the company's daily production and operational management. Other directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel of the company are performing their duties normally, and the company's production, operations, and management are all functioning normally
