# CRCCHEM appoints Li Xiaojun as Chief Financial Officer

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CRCCHEM (301090.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Wang Qingwen, the company's Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary. Due to a job adjustment, he applied to resign from the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary, which were originally set to last until the end of the second board's term (January 13, 2026). After resigning, Wang Qingwen will no longer hold any position in the company, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.
