According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wetown Electric (688226.SH) announced that its shareholders Jiangsu Wetown Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Zhenjiang Boai Investment Co., Ltd. plan to transfer a total of 3.2537 million shares, accounting for 1.73% of Wetown Electric's total share capital; this inquiry-based transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading and does not constitute a reduction in the secondary market. The transferee may not transfer the shares acquired through the inquiry-based transfer within 6 months after the acquisition
