# WELLCELL HOLD: WELLCELL HOLD Group has completed the sale of 45 million shares of the company

> WELLCELL HOLD announced that the group has completed the sale of 45 million shares of the company, reducing the number of shares from 311 million to 266 million, accounting for 26.6% of the issued share capital. As a result, WELLCELL HOLD is no longer the controlling shareholder but remains a major shareholder. According to the board announcement, the second sale is expected to be completed on or before May 30, 2025

According to the announcement from WELLCELL HOLD (02477), the sale transaction one has been completed on May 7, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale agreement. Following the completion of transaction one, the number of shares held by WELLCELL HOLD has decreased from 311 million shares to 266 million shares (accounting for 26.6% of the company's issued share capital), and WELLCELL HOLD is no longer the controlling shareholder of the company but will remain a major shareholder.

The board further announced that, according to WELLCELL HOLD, the sale transaction two is expected to be completed on or before May 30, 2025 (or on another date as may be mutually agreed in writing by WELLCELL HOLD and Hengfeng International)
