# CHENGDA PHARMA's shareholder Qianhai Shengtai plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.23%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHENGDA PHARMA (301201.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Qianhai Shengtai Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Qianhai Shengtai") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from May 30, 2025, to August 29, 2025), not exceeding 4.8949 million shares (accounting for 3.23% of the total share capital after excluding the shares repurchased by the company)
