Revenue growth is expected to be between 10%-20% in 2025, with rental business revenue projected to grow by more than 35%. Second-quarter revenue is expected to be between $635 million and $650 million, with sales revenue growth in the mid-range of 0%-10%. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $140 million and $155 million

U.S. real estate online brokerage Zillow Group (Z) fell 5.38% in after-hours trading.  
The latest earnings report shows that the company's adjusted EPS for the first quarter was $0.41, compared to analysts' expectations of $0.37.  
Revenue growth is expected to be in the lower half of the 10%-20% range for 2025.  
Rental business revenue is expected to grow by more than 35%, reaching approximately 40%.  
For the second quarter, revenue is expected to be between $635 million and $650 million, with analysts expecting $649.4 million.  
Sales revenue growth for the second quarter is expected to be in the middle of the 0%-10% range.  
Adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter is expected to be between $140 million and $155 million, with analysts expecting $164.5 million
