Beiyuan Group announced that on May 8, 2025, the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from director Guo Jian. Guo Jian resigned from the positions of director and member of the strategic committee due to work changes. According to relevant regulations, the resignation will take effect from the date the letter is delivered to the board of directors. After resigning, Guo Jian will still serve as the company's deputy general manager and chief financial officer.
