# JD.com launches the "Top Young Tech Genius Program" to compete for AI talent

On May 8th, the "JD Recruitment" public account released the "Top Young Technical Talent Program," which is open for recruitment to global university graduates with bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees, as well as technical talents who have graduated within the past two years, with no upper limit on salary.
