According to the announcement from Winstech (001319.SZ), the number of shares to be released from restrictions prior to the initial public offering is 55.674 million shares, accounting for 39.3734% of the company's total share capital. Among them, the number of shares released from restrictions by the actual controller Mr. Xia Lurong is 49.518 million shares, accounting for 35.0198% of the total share capital.
