# DEEJ: CHINARES PHARMA has cumulatively increased its stake in the company by 1.2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dong'e Ejiao (000423.SZ) announced that it recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder's concerted actor, China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment, regarding the completion of the shareholding increase plan for Dong'e Ejiao. From November 8, 2024, to May 7, 2025, China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment cumulatively increased its holdings of the company's shares by 7.70949 million shares through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, accounting for 1.2% of the company's total share capital, with a total investment amount of 446 million yuan (excluding transaction fees). The actual number of shares increased has exceeded the lower limit of this increase plan but has not exceeded the upper limit. The term for this shareholding increase plan by China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment has expired and has been completed
