John Renwick has been appointed as the acting Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective the same day. Renwick, who has been with the company since 2000, previously served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Planning.

Kellanova has announced a key management change with the resignation of Amit Banati, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 9, 2025, as he pursues another opportunity. John Renwick has been appointed as the acting Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective the same day. Renwick, who has been with the company since 2000, previously served as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Planning.
