# GREATTOWN establishes a joint venture company to promote the construction of the low-altitude intercity smart hub airport project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GREATTOWN (600094.SH) announced that based on the cooperation established in the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" signed with Aero Engine Corporation of China and AVIC Jin Cheng on June 26, 2024, the parties have reached a consensus and signed a "Cooperation Agreement" to jointly establish a joint venture company - Fujian Intercity Low-altitude Airport Investment Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 100 million. The parties agree that the contribution ratio at the time of the joint venture company's registration is as follows: the company will contribute RMB 66 million, accounting for 66% of the registered capital; Aero Engine Corporation of China will contribute RMB 34 million, accounting for 34% of the registered capital. The joint venture company has completed the industrial and commercial registration.

This investment cooperation is based on the company's in-depth research and prudent decision-making, aligning with the new development strategy proposed by the company's board of directors. By cooperating to establish the joint venture company, the construction of the "Low-altitude Intercity Smart Hub Airport" project will be promoted, effectively advancing the company's layout in the new business field of low-altitude economy
