According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ENWEI PHARMACEUTICAL (301331.SZ) announced that on May 8, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder's concerted actor Chengdu Jiewei regarding the increase in shareholding ratio reaching an integer multiple of 1%. As of May 7, 2025, Chengdu Jiewei has cumulatively increased its shareholding in the company by 199,100 shares through the centralized bidding system of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, raising the total shareholding ratio of Chengdu Jiewei and its concerted actors from 67.83% to 68.02%, with the equity change reaching an integer multiple of 1%
