According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WCJL (002722.SZ) announced that its shareholder Nantong Jinlun Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinlun Holdings") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 6.1977 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date (i.e., from May 30, 2025, to August 28, 2025)
