According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shanghai Sinyang (300236.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Xinke Investment Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2 million shares (accounting for 0.64% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading from May 29, 2025, to August 28, 2025
