# LUXXU GROUP: All 67,997,400 unsubscribed rights issue shares have been successfully allocated

According to the announcement from LUXXU GROUP (01327), on April 30, 2025 (Wednesday) at 4:00 PM (the final time for the placement agent to place the unsubscribed rights shares), all 67,997,400 unsubscribed rights shares have been successfully placed at a price of HKD 0.15 per share (equivalent to the subscription price) according to the placement arrangement. Therefore, there are no net proceeds to be distributed to non-action shareholders under the compensation arrangement.

As a result, the total amount raised from the rights issue (including the compensation arrangement) is approximately HKD 16.2 million, and the net proceeds (after deducting related expenses) are approximately HKD 15.2 million
