According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PAIKE (605123.SH) announced that it recently received a notification from its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Ms. Zong Liping, stating that due to personal needs, she intends to reduce her directly held shares in the company by no more than 3.6351 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding, which does not exceed 3% of the total share capital
