# AADRI plans to invest in the establishment of Anhui Jianyuan Luxi Development Co., Ltd

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, AADRI (301167.SZ) has announced that in response to business development needs, the company plans to invest 2 million yuan of its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Jianyuan Luxi Development Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to the final name approved by the market supervision and administration department), in Feixi County, Hefei City. This is aimed at strengthening the company's operational efforts in the construction and municipal design consulting market in Feixi County, further deepening the layout of its design service network within the province, and consolidating and expanding its local market.

The establishment of Luxi Company will facilitate the expansion of the construction and municipal design consulting market in Feixi County, promote the further deepening of the design service network layout, enhance the radiation capacity to the surrounding market of Hefei, and expand the competitive advantage and market share in the local market of Anhui
