# JIA YAO HLDGS proposes to appoint Li Lin as executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JIA YAO HLDGS (01626) announced that Mr. Feng Bin has resigned as a non-executive director of the company. Mr. Feng Bin is required to step down at the company's annual general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 20, 2025. Mr. Feng Bin has informed the company that he will not seek re-election at the annual general meeting of shareholders in order to devote more time to other personal activities and responsibilities, and will resign at the conclusion of the annual general meeting.

After considering the recommendations of the company's nomination committee, the board of directors recommends appointing Mr. Li Lin as an executive director. The proposed appointment of Mr. Li is subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting by ordinary resolution and will take effect after the conclusion of the annual general meeting (if approved)
