# RTGF plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RTGF (605133.SH) disclosed the draft of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan. The total amount of funds for this employee stock ownership plan does not exceed 34.765005 million yuan, involving a maximum of 1.7985 million shares of the underlying stock. The purchase price for the company's repurchased shares under the employee stock ownership plan (including reserved shares) is 19.33 yuan per share.

The participants in this employee stock ownership plan are middle management and core business (technical) personnel of the company (including subsidiaries), excluding the company's directors (including independent directors), supervisors, and senior management. The total number of participants in this employee stock ownership plan at the initial establishment (excluding reserved grant personnel) does not exceed 48 people, with a lock-up period of 12 months and a duration of 72 months
