# ST SUNYES: Hunan Xiangcai plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.5% of shares

> ST SUNYES announced that its shareholder Hunan Xiangcai plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.107 million shares (1%) through centralized bidding transactions from June 3, 2025, to September 2, 2025, and by no more than 2.5535 million shares (0.50%) through block trading

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ST SUNYES (002388.SZ) announced that its shareholder Hunan Xiangcai New Materials Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Xiangcai"), holding 6.48% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding transactions by no more than 5.107 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the total share capital, within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of the announcement (from June 3, 2025, to September 2, 2025); and to reduce its holdings through block trades by no more than 2.5535 million shares, which is no more than 0.50% of the total share capital
