According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Fortune Tech (300493.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, Runxin Information, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 15,377,300 shares (i.e., no more than 3.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from June 3, 2025, to September 2, 2025)
