# Rychen Technologies: Chen Wandong promises not to reduce holdings within 36 months

Rychen Technologies announced that on May 9, 2025, it held the sixth meeting of the third board of directors and the sixth meeting of the third supervisory board, during which it reviewed and approved the relevant proposals for issuing stocks to specific objects in 2025. Mr. Chen Wandong, as the subscriber for this issuance, provided a "Commitment Letter for Not Reducing Holdings of Company Stocks During Specific Periods." The specific content is as follows: 1. I confirm that there has been no reduction in the holdings of Rychen Technologies stocks in the six months prior to the pricing benchmark date for this issuance to specific objects, and I commit not to reduce my holdings of Rychen Technologies stocks from the pricing benchmark date until six months after the completion of this issuance, and I also commit not to reduce the Rychen Technologies stocks subscribed in this issuance for 36 months after the completion of the issuance to specific objects; 2. If I violate the aforementioned commitment and reduce my holdings of Rychen Technologies stocks, I commit that all profits obtained from the reduction will belong to Rychen Technologies
