According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Richful (300910.SZ) announced that its shareholder Sinopec Capital Co., Ltd. ("Sinopec Capital") plans to reduce its holdings in the company by no more than 2.9179 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital
