# Rychen Technologies plans to raise no more than 230 million yuan through a private placement, fully subscribed by its actual controller Chen Wandong

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Rychen Technologies (301273.SZ) has announced a plan for a private placement of shares for the year 2025, with Mr. Chen Wandong as the specific target for this issuance. Mr. Chen Wandong has signed a "Conditional Share Subscription Agreement" with the company and intends to fully subscribe to the shares issued to specific targets in cash. Mr. Chen Wandong is the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and serves as the chairman of the company. This private placement of shares constitutes a related party transaction.

The price for the private placement of shares is set at 17.68 yuan per share, with the total amount of funds raised not exceeding 230 million yuan (including the principal). The net proceeds from the fundraising, after deducting issuance costs, will be used entirely to supplement working capital
