# ST WELL plans to acquire 49% equity from minority shareholders of Ziyan Machinery

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST WELL (002058.SZ) plans to acquire 49% equity held by minority shareholders of its controlling subsidiary Shanghai Ziyan Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ziyan Machinery") in cash. The total transaction price is RMB 42.4882 million.

This acquisition of 49% equity in Ziyan Machinery is beneficial for the company to strengthen the unified management of its subsidiaries, reduce operating costs, improve management decision-making capabilities and operational efficiency, and aligns with the company's production and operational development needs and overall long-term strategic planning
