# CLICK's controlling shareholders and their concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the announcement from CLICK (002782.SZ), the company recently received a "Notice of Share Reduction Plan" submitted by its controlling shareholder Ganzhou Shengyan Investment Co., Ltd. ("Shengyan Investment") and its concerted actor, CLICK Technology Co., Ltd. ("CLICK Technology"), as well as a "Notice of Share Reduction Plan" submitted by director and senior management personnel Wu Chunxia, senior management personnel Gu Junong, Zhou Zhengguo, and Zhou Mingliang.

Among them, Shengyan Investment and CLICK Technology plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 14.647 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital.

Ms. Wu Chunxia, Ms. Gu Junong, Mr. Zhou Zhengguo, and Mr. Zhou Mingliang plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 64,900 shares in total through centralized bidding within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for 0.014% of the company's total share capital
