According to the announcement from EDA GROUP HLDGS (02505), on May 9, 2025 (U.S. time), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary (as the tenant) and the company (as the lease guarantor) entered into a lease agreement with the owner regarding the property located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

It is reported that the property is located at 4497 Friendship Road, Bldg.100, Buford, Georgia 30519, Atlanta, Georgia, the U.S., with approximately 320,603 square feet of space.

The board of directors believes that entering into the lease agreement presents an opportunity for the group to expand its global logistics network and footprint, aligning with its overall strategic development direction to become a leading global artificial intelligence logistics technology service group.
