RT: Hanyi Technology pledged 5.3 million shares
RT announced that the company's largest shareholder, Hanyu Technology, holds 23.7313 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.52% of the total share capital. After this pledge, Hanyu Technology has pledged a total of 10.6 million shares of the company, accounting for 44.67% of its total holdings and 5.15% of the company's total share capital. The pledge start date is May 9, 2025, and the pledge expiration date is May 7, 2027. The pledgee is China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd., and the purpose of the pledged financing is to repay debts
