Huatong Wires & Cables Group announced that one of the actual controllers, Mr. Zhang Shujun, holds 11.5325 million shares of the company, accounting for 2.25% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Zhang Shujun has cumulatively pledged 5.7662 million shares, accounting for 50% of his shareholding and 1.13% of the company's total share capital. Mr. Zhang Shujun has completed the procedures for extending the repurchase of the pledged shares, extending the pledge expiration date of 5.7662 million shares from May 9, 2025, to May 8, 2026, with the pledgee being Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. The pledged financing funds are used for the company's operational turnover
