According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Shouxiangu (603896.SH) announced that one of the actual controllers, Mr. Li Zhenyu, who is also a director and general manager, increased his holdings of the company's shares by 1,979,400 shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange from May 6, 2025, to May 12, 2025, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of 40.4793 million yuan. After this change in equity, Mr. Li Zhenyu and his concerted parties' total shareholding increased from 77,318,200 shares to 79,297,600 shares, raising their proportion of the company's total share capital from 39.00% to 40.00%, with the change in shareholder equity reaching an integer multiple of the 5% scale
