DEHUA TB announced that the initial public offering of shares by Hanga Group Co., Ltd., in which its wholly-owned subsidiary DEHUA TB Investment Management Co., Ltd. holds shares, has been approved by the Listing Review Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and has received registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission
