# NANOMICRO: Suzhou Nazhuo and Suzhou Nayan plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 1.7812%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NANOMICRO (688690.SH) announced that the company recently received a notice from shareholders Suzhou Nazhuo and Suzhou Nayan regarding the reduction of their holdings in the company. Due to the personal funding needs of the employee shareholders, Suzhou Nazhuo and Suzhou Nayan plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 7.1928 million shares, accounting for 1.7812% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement is disclosed, starting from 15 trading days thereafter.

This reduction mainly involves the company's employee stock ownership platform, and the company's actual controller and chairman, Dr. Jiang Biwang, has committed not to participate in this reduction
