# Three shareholders of Leading Optics plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.97%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Leading Optics (605118.SH) announced that Yiweida Partners (which includes retired personnel from the platform) plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 8.64 million shares, accounting for no more than 2.10% of the company's total share capital. Among them, it plans to reduce no more than 8.14 million shares through block trading and no more than 500,000 shares through competitive bidding. Dingzhijie Partners (the company's employee stock ownership platform) plans to reduce no more than 2.2753 million shares through competitive bidding, accounting for no more than 0.55% of the company's total share capital. Xinlidin Partners (the company's employee stock ownership platform) plans to reduce no more than 1.296 million shares through competitive bidding, accounting for no more than 0.32% of the company's total share capital. The above shareholders will implement the reduction within three months after the 15 trading days from the announcement date at market prices
