JACK announced that shareholder Zhao Xinqing reduced his holdings by a total of 1.0811 million shares between March 31, 2025, and May 12, 2025, accounting for 0.2253% of the company's total share capital; shareholder Che Jianbo reduced his holdings by a total of 550,700 shares during the same period, accounting for 0.1148% of the company's total share capital. Zhao Xinqing and Che Jianbo collectively reduced their holdings by 0.3401% of the company's shares. The reduction price ranges were 29.22 to 36.99 yuan/share and 32.56 to 38.6 yuan/share, with total amounts reduced of 37.1568 million yuan and 18.6576 million yuan, respectively
