# TYE plans to raise no more than 864 million yuan through a private placement for projects such as the research and development and industrialization of operation and maintenance robots

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TYE (300789.SZ) has announced a plan to issue shares to specific targets. The targets for this issuance are legal entities, natural persons, or other legitimate investment organizations that meet the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with the number of targets not exceeding 35 (including 35). The total amount of funds raised from this share issuance will not exceed 864 million yuan (including the principal), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting related issuance costs is intended to be invested in the research and development and industrialization projects of intelligent operation and maintenance robots for rail transit, the research and development and industrialization projects of AI large models for intelligent operation and maintenance in rail transit, the upgrade construction project of marketing and technical service systems, and to supplement working capital
