# NST plans to sell 100% equity of Hebei Xinhua Group to optimize its asset structure

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NST (301120.SZ) announced that in order to optimize the company's asset structure, improve asset operation efficiency, and promote high-quality development, the company will transfer 100% equity of Hebei Xinhua Capital Variable Frequency Transformer Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hebei Xinhua" or "target company") to Sanhe Hillhouse Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hillhouse Technology" or "transferee"). In this transaction, the transferee shall pay the transferor a price of 29.7629 million yuan for the 100% equity of the target company and repay the target company 2.2371 million yuan owed to the transferor, meaning the transferee shall pay a total of 32 million yuan to the transferor. After the completion of this equity transfer, the company will no longer hold equity in Hebei Xinhua, and Hebei Xinhua will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
