# Newway Photomask: National Investment and Entrepreneurship Fund plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Newway Photomask (688401.SH) announced that the shareholder Guotou Chuangye Fund has sent a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter." Due to its own funding arrangements, Guotou Chuangye Fund plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 1.9333 million shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, to be conducted within three months after the announcement is disclosed, starting from the fifteenth trading day
