According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YAXING CHEMICAL (600319.SH) announced that in order to further expand financing channels, improve debt structure, and prevent financial risks, the company plans to issue no more than RMB 220 million (including RMB 220 million) in corporate bonds to professional investors through a private placement, based on the company's actual situation
