# LHM plans to raise no more than 600 million yuan through a private placement to its controlling shareholder's concerted actors

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LHM (002535.SZ) disclosed a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets, with the issuance targets being Mr. Guo Hao and Mr. Guo Chuan, who are concerted actors of the controlling shareholder and actual controller. They will subscribe to this issuance of A-shares in cash. The total amount of raised funds will not exceed 600 million yuan (including the principal), and the net amount of raised funds after deducting issuance costs will be used entirely to supplement working capital and repay loans
