# YONGDONG shareholders Dongfang Fuhai plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.7338 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YONGDONG (002753.SZ) announced that its major shareholder, Shenzhen Dongfang Fuhai Investment Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongfang Fuhai"), plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding and block trading methods within three months after the pre-disclosure announcement of the share reduction (from June 5, 2025, to September 4, 2025), not exceeding 1.26% of the company's total share capital (accounting for 1.28% of the total shares after excluding repurchased shares) (i.e., not exceeding 4.7338 million shares)
