Nanjing Chemical Fiber announced that the company intends to acquire 100% of Nanjing Technology's shares through asset swaps, issuing shares, and cash payments, and to raise supporting funds not exceeding 500 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, New Industry Group and its subsidiaries will hold a total of 239 million shares of the listed company, accounting for 42.91% of the shareholding. Among them, New Industry Group holds 156 million shares, accounting for 28.03% of the shareholding. This transaction is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting and regulatory agency approval
