Nanjing Chemical Fiber announced that the company plans to acquire 100% of Nanjing Gongyi Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. through asset swaps, issuing shares, and cash payments, and to raise supporting funds. The company will hold the 14th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on November 15, 2024, to review and approve this restructuring plan. On May 12, 2025, the listed company will hold the 18th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors to review and approve the "Report on Major Asset Swap, Issuance of Shares, and Cash Purchase of Assets and Raising Supporting Funds and Related Transactions of Nanjing Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd." As of the date of this comparison table, there have been no significant changes to this transaction plan
