According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Ziel Home Furnishing Technology (301376.SZ) announced that Hesheng Boshi, Fubon Kerry, and Tianjin Dehui plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement of this reduction plan. The total number of shares to be reduced will not exceed 11,998,600 shares (accounting for 2.99% of the company's total share capital and 3.00% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the company's repurchase special account)
