# Overview of A-share Stock Buybacks: 17 Companies Disclose Buyback Progress

On May 13th, 17 companies announced progress related to stock repurchases. Among them, 4 companies disclosed stock repurchase plans for the first time, 5 companies had their repurchase plans approved by the shareholders' meeting, 6 companies disclosed the implementation progress of stock repurchases, and 2 companies completed their repurchase plans. From the perspective of first-time disclosure of repurchase plans, HISUN, NGDC, and Tianrun Industry had the highest repurchase amounts, planning to repurchase no more than 100 million yuan, 100 million yuan, and 50 million yuan, respectively. In terms of repurchase plans approved by the shareholders' meeting, Demais, Taihe New Materials, and Yidao Information had the highest repurchase amounts, planning to repurchase no more than 100 million yuan, 49.3004 million yuan, and 23.589 million yuan, respectively. Regarding the progress of repurchase implementation, Guangda Special Materials, Aolide, and Zhejiang Medicine had the highest repurchase amounts, repurchasing 320 million yuan, 45.8177 million yuan, and 5.8959 million yuan, respectively. For completed repurchases, Shunhao Co., Ltd. and Fangsheng Pharmaceutical repurchased 99.9998 million yuan and 83,250 yuan, respectively
