# NSK Ltd. Reports Increased Sales to ¥796.67 Billion in FY2025; EPS and Net Income Include Both Continuing and Discontinued Operations

> NSK Ltd. reported increased sales of ¥796.67 billion for FY2025, up from ¥788.87 billion the previous year. Operating income rose to ¥28.46 billion, while net income attributable to owners increased significantly to ¥10.65 billion from ¥8.50 billion. Basic earnings per share improved to ¥21.78 from ¥17.27. The steering business is now classified as a discontinued operation. The dividend per share also increased to ¥34.00 from ¥30.00.

NSK Ltd. has released its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The company's sales, excluding discontinued operations, amounted to ¥796.667 billion, showing a slight increase from ¥788.867 billion in the previous fiscal year. Operating income also saw a slight increase, reaching ¥28.457 billion from ¥27.391 billion in the prior year.
